Bigger and more spectacular Le Grand Festin is back with an impressive 150-foot long table that can seat 150 guests. Epicureans are invited to share a meal “from farm to table” alongside the producers who are the pride of Québec Exquis!.
The new chef at the Centre des congrès de Québec, Jean-Pierre Cloutier, will be paired with chef Olivier Bernadet of Restaurant La Traite in Wendake, as well as special guest Baptiste Peupion – executive chef at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth.
The wines of Languedoc will be showcased throughout the meal in the magnificent décor of the Espace Urbain of the Centre des congrès de Québec.
Tickets include: 5-course meal, with wines and gratuity included. All profits from this event go to la Tablée des Chefs, which helps young people in need.
