This is Quebec Exquis!’ raison d’être and the opportunity to discover creative tasting menus offered by 26 chefs and 26 artisans in 26 Quebec City restaurants. Menus are priced at $ 22 for lunch and $ 40, $ 50 or $ 60 for dinner. This year, Loire Valley Wines are being showcased to help you discover an exquisite pairing.
